An open house for BB Gun and Archery will take place on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the 4-H Building in Ipswich at 4 p.m. Shooting Sports is open to all youth ages 8-18 as of January 1, 2019. Youth must be 4-H members to participate. Coaches and information for each discipline will be available. Practices, postals, and the state shoot will be discussed. Mass of Christian Burial for Donald Geier, 71, of Huron and formerly of Roscoe, was Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 at 4 p.m. in St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Roscoe. Fr. Russell Homic served as Celebrant. Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery. Donald was born October 26, 1947 at Aberdeen to Wendelin and Maggie (Malsam) Geier.
