    House Report by Scott Moore Week three was once again a good week in the House of Representatives. We got SB41 across the finish line. This is the $200 million housing bill that was a carryover from 2021. Good debate was held on Monday January 23 both for and against approving the bill. In the end the bill was approved and will allow communities to start their housing projects this spring. I serve on the Education Committee and bills being assigned to the committee have been slow.     The Holy Cross Knights of Columbus annual Free Throw Contest was held on Jan. 22 in the Holy Cross gymnasium. The contest, open to youth ages 9 to 14, had 24 local participants.     Ipswich dropped a 52-38 boys' non-conference varsity basket decision at Highmore-Harrold last Saturday, Jan. 28. The Tigers managed to stay within striking distance for much of the game, but were outscored 16-5 in the final quarter. The hosts had led 14-8 after a quarter and 22-19 at halftime.     The Ipswich/Bowdle wrestling team placed third at the Groton Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 28. Two I/B wrestlers were first place winners - Brady Unser at 120 and Lucas Rowland at 285. Second place winners were Beau Schilling, Justin Rohrbach, and Grant Weisser. Kadyn Weisser was a third place winner. The I/B wrestlers earned 114 points.
