The Marcus P. Beebe Memorial Library in Ipswich is starting a new reading program for ages birth to four years old, available to families with young children, caregivers, daycares, and grandparents. It is not always easy to get the younger children to a library program and parents with younger children are left out as their older siblings participate in the regular Summer Reading Program.
