    The Build Dakota Scholarship Board has selected 356 students as recipients of the Build Dakota Scholarship for the 2018-19 school year.     Thanks to our entire South Dakota Congressional delegation Senators Mike Rounds and John Thune and our lone House of Representatives delegate Kristi Noem and also the help of the National Newspaper Association, the tariff on newsprint has apparently been lifted. And that was certainly good news to newspapers, the ones that were able to sustain themselves through the crisis.     Lowell James Walter (72) of Bath, was born July 12, 1946 to Allen Walter and Inez (Taylor) Walter at Faulkton, South Dakota. He died August 27, 2018 after a three week stay at Avera McKennan Hospital due to pneumonia complications.     Ipswich split a pair of 3-1 non-conference high school volleyball outcomes last week, both on the road. Last Tuesday the IHS Lady Tigers lost to their Groton counterparts in three really close outcomes -- 25-23, 25-20 and the fourth set 26-24, respectively.     For the second straight week, the Ipswich girls have narrowly defeated runner-up Aberdeen Roncalli in a high school cross country meet, this time at the Pheasant Invitational, ran at the Fisher Grove Golf Course near Redfield last Thursday.
