Halloween fun and games will begin on October 28 and continue throughout the week. The annual Children’s Halloween Festival is planned on Sunday, Oct. 28 in the Edmunds Central Auxiliary Gym in Roscoe. The Wily Wizards 4-H Club will again be sponsoring Christmas at the Courthouse. Trees will be on display from December 8-28. Congratulations to the Ipswich girls' cross country team for their second-place finish at the State B in Sioux Falls last Saturday. Florence Gramm, 93, Bowdle, died Sunday, October 14, 2018 at the Bowdle Hospital. Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Friday, October 19, 2018 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Bowdle, with Pastor Alois Vogl and Deacon Laurel Vogl leading the service.
