    The Edmunds County 4-H Achievement Days are quickly approaching. There are several livestock events planned for the three days. The Dog Show will start off the three days at the 4-H Building on August 3 at 8 a.m. The dogs will be judged on agility, rally, obedience and showmanship.     Wow! Have we been having some storms around the area lately. For instance early Tuesday morning a thunderstorm moved through the area, causing a limited outage in the north side of Ipswich after having caused some tree and structural damage in the Roscoe area. But the outage was in our home neighborhood and we didn't realize that the office still had power. So we were pleased to be able to continue publishing the papers as usual on Tuesday, while the MDU guys would hopefully get our house up and running with electricity. Then enjoy Trail Days...
