The Roscoe Board of Trustees has made plans to build a new City Hall. The building should be completed by the first of the year. Work should begin soon. The new City Hall, designed by HKG Architects of Aberdeen, will be built just north of the present City Hall where Sahli's Red Owl was. A benefit is planned for John Meuwissen of Hosmer on August 24 in the Hosmer City Liquor. John was injured in a farm accident this spring. The benefit is being held to help offset ongoing medical expenses associated with injuries sustained in the accident.
