    Ipswich eighth grader Temperance Cody will play in the SDMEA Middle School All-State Band March 1-2 in Mitchell. There are two bands - the Honor Band and Festival Band. Temperance auditioned and was chosen for the Festival Band. She plays euphonium. The bands begin rehearsals on Friday at 12:15 p.m. They continue rehearsals Friday and Saturday.     Ipswich/Bowdle wrestlers competed in the Region 1B Tournament in Gettysburg on Feb. 17. IHS Senior Kadyn Weisser placed fourth in the Region and will compete in the 215 division at the State B Meet Feb. 22-24 in the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls.     The Edmunds County Shooting Sports held their first postal. Shooting a qualifying score enables the shooter to participate in the State Shoot in Ft. Pierre on April 26-28. Sixteen BB Gun shooters showed their skills in standing, kneeling, sitting, and prone positions. There were also five air pistol shooters and 10 archers that shot the postal.     Ipswich Lions members recently provided lunch to the students and staff at the South Dakota School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (SDSBVI).     The Ipswich Area Foundation presented a grant of $1,872.95 to Kelsey Holien for the Ipswich Ambulance Service.
