Flowers were blooming thanks to the wet, warm fall. The snow coat took care of that. These colorful flowers in a bed in Ipswich, which received less snow, were still covered with white before their imminent death.

The weather caused cancellations and postponements, including Ipswich School, volleyball tourney and the Gypsy Day parade, where Ipswich was listed as a marching band participant.
