TRIPLET CALVES BORN
Hoerner Brothers, who operate an extensive farm in Cottonwood Lake Township, report that on Thursday and Friday of last week one of their thoroughbred Roan Shorthorn cows, aged about five years, gave birth to three calves, one being born on Thursday and the other two on Friday and that the calves are all alive, regularly formed, lively and are doing nicely.
This is something very unusual in the experience of stockmen and the mother and daughters will be photographed and the pictures printed at an early date.
They have already been offered $100.00 for the cow but refused the offer.
