Ipswich Lions sponsor blood drive on August 24

The next opportunity to donate blood in Ipswich will be Monday, Aug. 24 from 12 to 4:30 p.m. in Fr. Bormann Hall.

• I am 16 years old: Yes - 16 with signed consent form available at http://www.vitalant.org. There is no upper age limit either.

• I have recently had surgery: Yes - If you are completely healed and released from doctor’s care.

• I got a tattoo or pierced? Yes - If obtained in a licensed establishment (MN, ND, SD, IA, and NE are okay.)

• I have diabetes: Yes - If you are regulating it, even if insulin dependent.

To save time, donors can now fill out their Health History online at http://www.vitalant.org the day of their donation.
