CIRCUS ATTRACTS MANY

Tuesday-Circus day, the children were up bright and early. This was a big day for them. Zellmar Bros. Circus was in town.

By noon a large crowd had gathered for the afternoon performance which consisted of an animal show, various side show and the main show attractions. The clowns, ponies, trapeze performers and tight rope walkers entertained and many other feature acts were done.

Ruth, the trained elephant, had a big share in the show. Playing the mouth organ and dancing were special tricks done.

The opening scene of the main show was the Amazon march which consisted of women and men dressed in oriental costumes. The elephant, camel and ponies also former a part of the line of march.

The show was a creditable one for its size.
