Maps:

2022 maps are available for owners and operators.  Please contact the office if you would like to pick them up, have them emailed or mailed.

Land Changes:

If you are operating new land for 2022, or have other land changes, please notify our office so we can update your records prior to certification.

Update Your Records:

FSA is cleaning up our producer record database. If you have any unreported changes of address, zip code, phone number, email address or an incorrect name or business name on file they need to be reported to our office. Changes in your farm operation, like the addition of a farm by lease or purchase, need to be reported to our office as well. Producers participating in FSA and NRCS programs are required to timely report changes in their farming operation and update their CCC-902 Farm Operating Plan.

ELAP Feed Transportation Program:

If you have transported feed Jan 1st - April 14th 2022 to your livestock that is due to the 2021 drought, check with the office to see if you qualify for assistance on the transportation.

CRP Grasslands Signup

Opens April 4, 2022

The Grassland Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) is part of the CRP program, a federally funded voluntary program that contracts with agricultural producers so that environmentally sensitive agricultural land is not farmed or ranched, but instead used for conservation benefits. FSA provides participants with rental payments and cost-share assistance. Contract duration is 10 or 15 years. Grassland CRP helps landowners and operators protect grassland, including rangeland, and pastureland, and certain other lands, while maintaining the areas as grazing lands.

The program emphasizes support for grazing operations, plant and animal biodiversity, and grassland and land containing shrubs and forbs under the greatest threat of conversion. Grassland CRP is reauthorized by the 2018 Farm Bill.

The Grassland CRP signup runs from April 4, 2022 to May 13, 2022. Landowners and producers interested in CRP should contact their local USDA Service Center to learn more or to apply for the program before the May 13 deadline.  Additionally, fact sheets and other resources are available at fsa.usda.gov/crp.
