The Ipswich Fifth Grade class recently finished a lesson on Robotics using Lego EV3 Kits that their teacher, Carol Lacher purchased for her classroom.
Mrs. Lacher was assisted by Bonnie Nehlich, 4-H Youth Program Advisor.
The students were paired up and assembled the Cowbot robot. They used their laptops to program the robot to move forward and backward, make turns, and lift up a paper cow and move it to another spot.
They also worked with the color, touch, and ultrasonic sensors, and traveled a route on a US Map.
