Fiddlin' Around

Remember it’s South Dakota when the climate or weather can change almost overnight. And it did exactly that last weekend.

We went from being too dry to seeing the creeks running. Amazing! And let’s hope it doesn’t take that long for the next weather system to approach our area and maybe a little less wind.

Friday is Arbor Day and you all know what that means — go plant a tree. Then water it on May Day.

The first week of May is full of special days according to our SDPB calendar. May 3 is National Teacher Appreciation Day. Thanks Teachers! May 5 is Cinco de Mayo and also National Day of Prayer. The week ends on Mothers Day on May 8. Tena’s personal favorite is on May 4 — Star Wars Day. (May the 4th be with you!)
