Kaidance Bulgin
The Public Presentation contest was held on Friday, May 27 in the Community Room in the Courthouse.
Kaidance Bulgin did an Illustrated Talk titled "room Remix." She received a purple ribbon and can advance to the state Fair.
She was judged by Sherry Perrion.
