Showmanship Challenge new this year

This year Edmunds County Achievement Days will try out a showmanship challenge activity on Friday, August 5. The event will be held between the livestock show and the 4-H BBQ.

Eligible participants are any livestock members. The Grand Champion of each breed will be the judge for this challenge in their specific breed. Participants will have 10 minutes to learn how to show the type of breed they typically do not show. After 10 minutes we will have a showmanship competition with the Champion Showman judging.

This challenge is for fun only and each participant will receive a gift card.

Sign up with Bonnie or Jailey by Thursday night, August 4. There will be a sign up sheet at the office desk in the 4-H Building during Achievement Days.

Have some fun learning how to show other breeds of animals.
