Freezing night time temps. become common and a few below zero readings are recorded. Snowfall average comes into the picture at 6 inches and some carry over into December does occur. November is the month that the season of fall moves into winter by the end of the month for Ipswich. A lot of the snow comes with a rain mix which makes highways, streets, sidewalks etc. very dangerous to navigate as we are experiencing now.
