NSU Commencement

On Saturday, May 6, 266 students graduated at Northern State University’s spring commencement ceremony in the Barnett Center.

NSU alumna Nichole Bowman delivered the commencement address. Bowman teaches math at T.F. Riggs High School in Pierre and is a 2007 Northern graduate. She is the winner of the prestigious Milken Educator Award.

Local NSU spring graduates include Ashley Blocker (Summa Cum Laude) and Brianna Moen of Hosmer; Olivia Gohl (Magna Cum Laude) of Ipswich; and Jaxon Block of Mina.
