Rawden appointed to Farmers Alliance Agents Council

Farmers Alliance Companies have announced that Amanda Rawden has been appointed to their Agents Council beginning in September 2023.

Amanda is a independent insurance agent with John Sieh Agency, Inc. in Ipswich. The agency has been affiliated with Farmers Alliance since 1982, and offers property and casualty insurance for individuals, businesses and farm owners.

The Agents Council meets at least twice annually, including one on-site meeting at the Farmers Alliance Home Office in McPherson, Kansas. Committee members service a three-year term, and provide advice and guidance to the company regarding product development, marketing and other policies and procedures. They are selected based upon their professionalism and knowledge of the insurance industry as well as their relationship with Farmers Alliance. The 17-member Council includes select representation from the geographic territories served by Farmers Alliance.

According to Jack Rader, Chief Marketing Officer, Farmers Alliance, "We are very pleased that Amanda Rawden has agreed to serve on our Agents Council. Our customers and agents in South Dakota are very important to us, and I know Amanda's participation on the Council will help us to serve them well.

The Farmers Alliance Companies provide property and casualty insurance through independent agents in an 8-state region. Farmers Alliance was founded in 1888.
