Thunder to see doubleheader action this week

The North Central Thunder basketball teams traveled to Timber Lake for a doubleheader on Dec. 28.

The girls got a close 39-37 victory. The Panther boys stopped the Thunder boys 69-26.

Game stats were not available at the Tribune deadline.

The Thunder girls and boys will be busy hosting doubleheaders this week. Friday, Jan. 5 they play Warner in the Edmunds Central School in Roscoe. Then Saturday, the Thunder hosts Faulkton Area in Bowdle. Tuesday, Jan. 9 they host Leola/Frederick Area in Eureka.
