Schaible Freed from Charge
Frank Schaible of Aberdeen, charged with reckless driving and held in Edmunds County jail was released on Saturday. There was insufficient evidence to prove the charges.
Schaible was the driver of the Ford coup which went into the ditch near Mina on June 8th, when Louis Warnecke met death by striking against telephone post.
Witnesses appearing at the hearing were: Deputy Sheriff August Schumacher, Dr. Robert Hill, John Holdhusen, Paul Sandau, Charles and Arthur Uttenhove.
