Tigers chosen for All-Star Football Game

Two Ipswich seniors have been selected to play in the South Dakota Football Coaches Association's 2024 All-Star Football Game on Saturday, June 8 at South Dakota State University's Dana Dykhouse Stadium in Brookings.

The game is for seniors who have completed their high school football careers. The game starts at 11 a.m. and it’s free admission.

Chet Peterson and Trevor Heinz of Ipswich are among the players on the Blue-White team.

Blue/White coaches are Brian Allmendinger, Milbank, Head Coach and Assistant Coaches: Mike Murray, Gregory; Matt Christensen, Brandon Valley; Tom Culver, Avon; Justin Briese, Aberdeen Central.

Red Coaches are Nathan Lamb, Deubrook, head coach and assistant coaches: Brady Muth, Yankton; Chris Koletzky, Sturgis; Jacob Terry, Elk Point-Jefferson; Jared Fredenburg, SF Lincoln.

Sponsors include the South Dakota National Guard, South Dakota Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Visit Brookings.
