The J.W. Parmley Land Office on Main Street Ipswich will be open on Saturday, June 15 during the Trail Days Parade and the Museum will be open in the afternoon.
If you have any interest in being part of the organization, stop by and visit. They recently had their yearly organization meeting on June 10. They discussed current projects underway, things planned in the future and other long-term plans. They are always interested in any new positive suggestions from the community.
The Museum organization is seeking additional members interested in helping as a volunteer for open house tours and anyone interested in being part of the governing board. It is always good to have new ideas to keep interest in the history of Ipswich. If you are a history buff or want to learn more about Ipswich history this is for you.
