4-H Baking workshop

Several 4-H members attended the baking workshop on July 17. The workshop was led by Bonnie Nehlich, 4-H Educator and assisted by Morgan Weisser.

The bakers learned the proper way to measure liquid and solid ingredients. They also learned how they would need to display them when entering them at Achievement Days or the State Fair.

Each member went home with the bars, cookies, or bread they made. A fun time was had by all, and everything tasted awesome. This was funded by the Edmunds County 4-H Leaders Association.
