Elda Hoffer of the Roscoe American Legion Auxiliary presented dictionaries to Edmunds Central third graders.
Their teacher Michele Eisenbeisz said "We use our dictionaries to look up words that are unknown when we do SRA. We also practice looking up our vocabulary words that go along with our story for the week. It seems like a thing from the past but kids need to know how to spell the words to get close for spell check to work."
