Edmunds Central will celebrate their homecoming Oct. 7-11, 2024. The theme is "Holidays: Celebrating Thunder Success Year-Round."
Coronation will be Monday, Oct. 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the EC Fine Arts Gymnasium.
The royalty candidates are Carlee Crawford, Ashley Lee, Kelsey Lehr, Avery Beyers, Clark Beyers, and Theodore Haerter. The prince and princess are Skylar Bansemer and Kayson Paplow.
The Homecoming Parade is Friday at 1 p.m. Any local business, community organizations, or others in Hosmer, Roscoe, and surrounding communities are welcome to enter the parade. No pre-registration is required. The route will begin at the park and all participants are asked to be there before 12:45 to receive their entry number.
Parade Route:
The parade will begin on the west side of the Roscoe City Park and travel south on North Broadway Street, turning west on Morgan Ave., then north on North Andrew Street. EC elementary students will line up on the south side of the Edmunds Central along First Ave. NE for the floats to pass by and hand out candy at the conclusion of the parade. Parade entries can leave to the north or south on North Mitchell Street.
