The Celebration of Life for Steven Rohrbach, 62, of Aberdeen, SD, will be held at the American Legion in Roscoe on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. with a lunch to follow. Burial at Morningside Cemetery will take place after the lunch.
Steven Rohrbach died Sunday, September 22, 2024, at home in Aberdeen.
Steven Allen Rohrbach was born on October 17, 1961 in Ipswich to Arlene Graff and Eugene Rohrbach of Roscoe.
Steven graduated from Roscoe High School in May of 1980.
He held many jobs of which his favorite was driving truck to California every winter with bees. He greatly enjoyed the traveling and bee keeping; living half the year in California and the other half in South Dakota. Once this adventure was finished he continued to work construction.
Steven leaves behind his girlfriend BilleJo Green and her children Autum and Kendra Green of Aberdeen; his children, Dawn (Steve) Breitag of Aberdeen, Amanda Rohrbach (Josh Davis) of Fargo, N.D., Tiffany (Derek) Hansen of Redfield, Rory (Lorena) Rohrbach of Spokane, Wash., and Miley Rohrbach of Aberdeen; three grandchildren, Keagan, Priya, and Bexley Hansen of Redfield; brothers, Floyd (Linda) Rohrbach of Wichita, Kan., Darwin (Cindy) Rohrbach of Roscoe, Ron (Pam) Rohrbach, George Rohrbach, Richard Rohrbach of Aberdeen, and Robert (Kathy) Rohrbach of Topeka, Kan .; sisters, Sharon (Allan) Grau of Roscoe and Sally (Tracey) Kopecky of Aberdeen; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arlene Rohrbach- November 10, 1971 and Eugene Rohrbach- April 4, 1989, and infant brother Kenneth James Rohrbach- September 18, 1971.
