North Central got two wins in last week’s action.
Tuesday, Sept. 24 NC got a win over Sully Buttes, 26-24, 25-9, 25-10.
The Thunder had 66-77 hitting with 32 kills. Amree Vander Vorst had 18 kills and Ella Batie had six kills.
They had 70-75 serving with 11 aces. Alaina Dosch was 15-16, four aces. Lindsey Geier was 15-18, three aces and Vander Vorst was 10-10, three aces.
Setting: 29 assists (Camryn Witlock 25 assists)
Digs: 50 Digs (Dosch 10, Batie 9 and Vander Vorst 8)
North Central hosted Strasburg/Zeeland, N.D. in Eureka on Sept. 26. They got a 3-0 win — 25-7, 25-10, 25-10.
The Thunder hosted Ipswich on Monday evening in Bowdle. Then they played Leola/Frederick Area at Leola on Tuesday. The busy week will also include hosting Strasburg/Zeeland in Eureka on Thursday, Oct. 3.
During EC Homecoming week the Thunder will play Leola/Frederick Area on Oct. 3 in Roscoe.
