The Girls Cross Country 1B Region winners repeated that feat at the State B Womens 5,000 Meters Varsity on Oct. 26 at Rapid City.
Northwestern's Ella Boekelheide was first at the State B race at 19.07.5 followed by Ipswich's Madisyn Gellhaus at 20:13.19.
The Ipswich girls team placed second with 42 points. The Kimball/ White Lake team was first with 22 points.
IHS runners in the top-25 were Jennay Gisi 21st and Gracyn Kadlec 23rd. Other Tiger runners were Isabella Henderson 54 and Aubrey Crissman 60.
There were 112 girls running in the State B meet and 120 boys in the Mens 5,000 Meters Varsity division.
