Cast members rehearse "We'll be Right Back After This Murder..."
The Edmunds Central Fall play will be held on Friday, Nov. 22. Two performances will be held, 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. with doors opening 30 minutes prior to the showtimes in the Edmunds Central Fine Arts Gymnasium in Roscoe.
The play is called We'll Be Right Back After This Murder.
The play is directed by Sandra Beyers. Cast members include Kelsey Lehr, Theodore Haerter, Clark Beyers, Eden Weiland, Jillian Fischer, Grace Roth, Joclyn Vargason, Chase Bukaske, Kearstin Pietz, Kelsey Sowards, Sophia Kroll, Lily Roth, Corbin Beyers, Vayda Roth, Paxton Malsam, Emma Wesch, Luz Ramirez, Connor Vargason, Declan Schumacher, Adam Hettick and Rylee Sowards.
Hampton Bellamy is dead. In fact, he's deader than dead, considering he was shot, stabbed, poisoned, clubbed, AND run over by a truck. Everyone in Bellamy's household is now a suspect. Could it be one of his sisters, Dorthella or Darnella? What about his gambling nephew Percy, who takes odds on who'll be next? Or niece Cherise, who plans her future by the stars?
Between an inept 'bomb expert' who swings her metal detector wildly and a narcoleptic life insurance agent who shares details about Inspector Bellamy's million-dollar policy between naps, there's no end to the hilarity. Clues pile up as fast as victims in this topsy-turvy comedy where everyone suspects everyone.
This fast-paced farce is loaded with comedic characters, amusing scenes, and tons of wonderful stage action.
