Plans Should Be Made For Holiday Festivity

We have noted in several of the towns around us that the Commercial Clubs are getting busy on their holiday plans. Decorations are being arranged and a day or two set aside as a community event.

Why not make Ipswich a festive sight this year. With our new lighting system it could be hung from pole to pole across the street. Have each merchant buy a small tree and place it in front of his business house in the iron ring as the flags are. Decorate the tree with colored lights.

Make Ipswich the Christmas City- make it so attractive that everyone will want to come to Ipswich.

A special day when Santa Claus will be here and treats given away should be outlined early and advertised ahead

Why not think of these things early and act accordingly.
