The Ipswich Tigers went on the road to Timber Lake on Saturday for a girls/boys doubleheader.
The IHS girls were down 12-25 at half time. The Tigers outscored the Panthers 34-24 in the second half. The Panthers were up by 15 at 5:42 in the fourth quarter. The Tigers charged back to challenge the Panthers, who had a three-point lead at the final buzzer (49-46).
Gabby Wald led the Tigers with 16 points, followed by Kaylin Onken with 10. Adding to the score were Marley Guthmiller and Jalyssa Hutson with five each, Anna Nierman four, and Brianna Geditz and LaVahay Russell three each.
